Elon Property Management Company has openings at two of its Louisville, KY apartment communities. We are looking for experienced maintenance workers to become part of our team!
General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
Candidate must have basic tools, reliable transportation, and be willing to rotate on call for afterhours emergencies.
