Job description:

Searching for an energetic, organized, responsible, and self-motivated multi-tasker with a welcoming, outgoing, and friendly demeanor to join our administrative team. Our ideal candidate is someone with prior telephone answering or executive assistant experience, distinguished PC skills, and who possesses the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time and long-term position with benefits. This is not your typical office receptionist job and requires a sharp mind.

Requirements:

Available Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

High school diploma or equivalent

MUST be dependable and punctual

Impeccable multitasking and organization skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and friendly demeanor

Business casual dress (e.g. no jeans, flip-flops, tennis shoes, etc.)

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programs; including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferable

Successfully manage conflicting priorities, organize workflow, and team with colleagues to accomplish tasks and

balance workloads

Experience navigating the internet & social media platforms

Background check

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Execute detailed office opening procedures each morning

Answer a high volume of incoming calls (extensive training will be provided on phones and software)

Greet all clients and guests as they come in with a smiling face :-)

Deliver 5-star customer service to all clients, guests, and callers

Provide administrative support to clients as requested

Operate standard office equipment (e.g. scanner, copier, printer, fax, Windows PC, etc.)

Assist with online marketing efforts

Maintain client files and update various spreadsheets as needed

Assist manager with daily operations and monthly billing/invoicing

Light cleaning duties
