Job Description:
We are looking for an Office Administrator. This person will be responsible for working with our Office Manager on administrative job duties. Duties to include but not limited to: Entering accounts payable invoices/receipts; handling vehicle files; maintaining employee files; some assistance with account receivables files and collections when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Customer service
Assisting with scheduling
Entering account payable invoice and receipts
Collecting invoices from project managers
Keeping organized and detailed documentation of all correspondence with customers
Handling some account receivable files when necessary
Assisting Office Manager with any office administrative work
Qualifications:
General understanding of QuickBooks and accounting
3+ years of administrative office experience
Organized and able to multitask
Knowledge of construction services
Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm
45 hours per week
