Join the founders of KY Debt Relief Co. with the launch of a new digital lead generation service that will be offered to attorneys and other professionals who are active in the marketplace for debt relief services. Our mission is to empower individuals and local businesses facing financial hardship by connecting them with trusted professionals who have a track record of delivering actionable solutions. The goal is to convert the company’s following into a steady stream of revenue for our professional clients.
Qualifications and Skills. We will provide on-the-job training to the right candidate. Skills and software training opportunities will be provided after three months. You will succeed in this position if you:
Maintain high ethical standards, work ethic, and conscientiousness.
Earned an associate or bachelor’s degree, or comparable on-the-job experience.
Are curious, creative, and intelligent, and like working with and helping people.
Possess or have a desire to develop strong communications skills.
Possess or have a desire to develop a strong professional image and presentation.
Are proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
Have an aptitude for learning a variety of cloud-based applications.
Are comfortable working with social media platforms.
Are ok with driving to Lexington and Northern KY once or twice per month. (paid ½ time and mileage reimbursement), and
Have no issues with adminstrative and clerical tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be relied upon to, among other
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and digital advertising.
Support the integration of lead generation systems with company operations, under the guidance of senior team members.
Support the overall client experience with phone, email and text communications, and in-person meetings.
Work Schedule and Compensation: This is an onsite position based in our Louisville office, with some exceptions for travel and field work. The work schedule is flexible, accommodating family obligations and other commitments. Hybrid remote and office hours may be considered after six months, but is not guaranteed.
During the initial three-month period, successful candidates will work as independent contractors, with the expectation of 30-40 hours per week at an hourly rate of $18.00 to $20.00. After the probationary period, eligible candidates will be offered a full-time position with hourly rates ranging from $20.00 to $22.00.

While we value transparency in our hiring process, certain details about company operations may be limited to ensure the protection of sensitive information and trade secrets. Successful candidates will be required to sign narrowly tailored non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.
