I’m offering an annual compensation package of $27,560 paid holidays and most weekends off.
The package includes a large private fully furnished en-suite with a kitchenette, private entrance and color TV in your room. There is a second TV in the private sitting room adjunct to the suite.
One person, no couples, no overnight guests, no pets, no drugs. There will be a test. Cannibus excluded just not on my property.
Smoking is allowed outside or on the second-floor porch only.
I’d be willing to discuss having one child or a child visit on weekends but only if you have supervision of your child 24/7.

This is a permanent, full-time position. The ideal person will be retired, yet wanting to still make an income while living in a beautiful home.
You wouldn't be asked to do anything other than the normal day-to-day activities of maintaining a regular home.
Some duties will include but are not limited to: changing and washing linens and bedding, cleaning the kitchen after meals, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, weeding the flower bed, etc.
You will prepare and serve a light meal no less than twice a week and no more than five. It will be light meals of corn dogs and french fries or hot dogs and coleslaw or fish sticks and macaroni n cheese.
Larger 5-course meals are prepared by the home owner or our houseman. If you enjoy cooking, by all means, here's your apron!
