Hancock Landscape is seeking new Crew Leaders with creative minds, someone who enjoys working outside instead of sitting at a desk every day, getting their hands dirty and those who take great pride in “artistic” landscape projects.
Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is punctual, pays attention to detail, has excellent communication skills, is a self-starter, works in a professional manner, works well in a team environment, understands and strives to deliver brand promise.
Some duties include driving trucks and trailers, loading tools and equipment in trucks daily, gathering/delivering bulk materials to jobsite needed for completion, execute job plan from job jacket, stay on schedule toward job completion, work side by side with fellow members/leaders to reach daily goals, problem solving, follow rules & regulations, safety regulations, follow standardized work methods and procedures, landscape maintenance and various installations including landscape, hardscape and low voltage lighting projects.
