We are looking for 3 Field techs and 1 supervisor. The supervisor will drive the box truck and pick up job materials and coordinate the work in addition to working directly with the Field Techs doing the same work as they do.
What we do, disgusting junk removal in filthy vacant homes that have sometimes been violated by homeless people. Then we board up the vacant home and mow lawns for the city.
Supervisor needs box truck driving experience and have a clean driving record. Bi-lingual English/Spanish. You also need to know how to use a skill saw and screw gun. and be experienced in operating and maintaining zero turn mowers and using trimers. Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Everyone needs their own glasses, gloves and masks.
We often work 6 days a week. This is hard work. No drugs. Must have your own transportation.
Pay is $20 an hour. We give W-2. We pay weekly on Fridays by direct deposit for all hours worked before Wednesday. So pay period runs Thursday to Wednesday.
