We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Worker to service and help turn over rental homes!
Starting pay $15/hr (could be higher based on experience and skills)
Full-time or Part-time
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have your own truck (used to haul materials, debris, and drive between work sites)
Must be drug-free and reliable
Must have the ability to work independently and efficiently
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Painting
Cleaning
Basic property maintenance & repairs
Light hauling
Other general labor tasks as needed
Most jobs are on the south end of Louisville and nearby areas: Valley Station, PRP, Okolona, Hillview, and Shepherdsville.
