Looking to add to our maintenance department, looking for all levels of experience.
Recruiting for two key positions:
Position 1: Driver/Skilled Maintenance
Full time: 40hrs M-F, 8am – 5pm, hours may change with season, some evenings/weekends may be required
Pay: Competitive/DOE
Desirable Qualities:
Class B CDL or willingness to get
Experience with driving tractors/heavy machinery including bush hog
General maintenance knowledge
Mechanical/Diesel machinery knowledge
Attention to detail/Doing a complete job
Positive attitude/respect for coworkers
Bilingual English – Spanish is beneficial but not essential
Reliability is A MUST
Drug free A MUST
Day to day tasks include driving dump truck, general grounds maintenance including plumbing, general repairs, laying gravel, fence repairs, keeping shop records for equipment services etc. Laid back relaxed environment, small team, room to grow within the team and make the position yours. Reliable transportation is a must due to location.
Position 2: Farm Hand/General Maintenance
Full time: 40hrs M-F, 8am – 5pm, hours may change with season, some evenings/weekends may be required
Pay: Competitive/DOE
Desirable Qualities (not essential):
Experience with zero turn mower
Experience with weed eater
Willingness to help out where needed and support other team members
Ability to perform/willingness to learn basic general maintenance
Positive attitude/respect for coworkers
Bilingual English – Spanish is beneficial but not essential
Reliability is a MUST
Drug free A MUST
Day to day tasks include weed eating, mowing, landscaping, general grounds maintenance. Small team with potential for growth/study. Reliable transportation is a must due to location.
