Crawlspace Medic is seeking to hire a full time employee.
Preference given to those that can speak English and Spanish.
Job duties will include:
Clearing crawl spaces of debris
Laying vapor barrier
Installing sump pumps and drains
Minor framing repairs to include reenforcing floor joist, main beam repair, subfloor repair.
Must be ok with working in confined spaces.
Must be able to work in the USA.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
We work Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Pay starts at $25 an hour for this position but can be more depending on experience.
