Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for answering calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. This role involves handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, accurately capturing information, and providing tracking and shipping details for medications. You will also assist new and returning patients with their application processes.Essential Skills

Experience in customer service, particularly in high volume call centers.

Ability to multitask and perform detailed work.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word.

Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to resolve issues effectively.

Experience in handling multiple scheduling tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

KY pharmacy license before starting.

One year of work experience in pharmacy, managed care, Medicaid and/or Medicare organizations, pharmaceutical and/or biotech manufacturer, insurance, medical office, or related field is preferred.

Work EnvironmentThis is a desk job in a close-door pharmacy where you will be talking to patients and providers on the phone. Shifts available include 8:00-4:30, 8:30-5:00, and 10:00-6:30. Calls are auto-connected, ensuring you will be on the phone constantly. The role includes a three-week in-person training from 8:30 to 5:00 PM. The dress code is business casual during training, then transitions to more casual attire.
