Maintain updated general ledger and post journal entries.
Assist in the execution of accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
Prepare financial reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
Monitor and resolve bank issues related to reconciliations.
Liaise with other departments and perform regular internal audits.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closure processes.
Requirements
Required Skills:
At least one year of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Experience with VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables in Excel.
High attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
