The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing the physical security operations at ISCO Industries' headquarters in Louisville, KY and facilities in North America. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining security protocols, managing security personnel, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Risk Assessment: Assess potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring the protection of company assets, as well as the safety of employees.Policy Development: Create and implement security policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all aspects of the company's operations are secure against threats.Incident Response: Develop and oversee an incident response plan that includes identification, investigation, and resolution of security breaches or violations. Ensure that any incidents are documented and that lessons are learned to improve future security.Security Systems Management: maintain security systems such as surveillance, alarms, access controls, and cybersecurity measures. Ensure that these systems are regularly updated and functioning correctly.Compliance and Audits: Ensure that security practices are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
