Our client, Diagnostic Imaging Equipment is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator , you will be part of the Production Team supporting Crystal Saw Operation Procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience with Manual and computer controlled saws (ID, wire, C&C) , basic Machining and ability to work weekend shift only schedule which will align successfully in the organization.All Candidates must be able to train Monday-Friday the first few weeks of the assignment.Job Title: Crystal Saw OperatorLocation: Rockford, TNPay Range: $25p/hSchedule: 6:00am to 6:30pmWhat’s the Job?
Operate manual and computer controlled saws (ID, wire, C&C) to cut LSO crystal material from boules and or slabs.
Install rollers as needed.
Service and maintenance of all saws.
Evaluate and log sawing failure rates for trend analysis.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
What’s Needed?
Machinist Apprentice or mechanical QC Experience required.
3-5 years of experience in the use of indicators, calipers and other machine measuring tools.
Must be able to read detailed mechanical drawing.
Basic computer knowledge.
Must be able to pass drug screening, background check
High School Diploma.
