Are you thinking of drinking less? Then consider joining our one of our alcohol treatment research studies being conducted by researchers at the University of Kentucky. We are looking for people who regularly use alcohol and are interested in cutting down or quitting.
Generally, eligible participants for these studies will need to:
Be at least 18 years old
Use alcohol regularly
Not already be in treatment for alcohol use
Have no recent substance use other than alcohol, nicotine, or marijuana
Be a United States citizen or resident
Our studies generally require one scheduled virtual session (e.g., Zoom), followed by periodic assessments completed on your own time. You may also get some form of remotely delivered alcohol treatment or therapy.
Your time and participation will be compensated, and your participation is confidential. Total compensation for these studies range from $125 to $385.
