- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field or equal experienceGood understanding of O365 online services, Configurations and licensing
- Administration of Exchange online and SharePoint/Teams.
- Good understanding on all the O365 applications (MS teams, Yammer, Outlook, OneDrive, Planner etc…)
- Should have some exposure on working with HYBRID model
- Awareness of post migration issues of outlook :- Outlook configuration, Calendar delegations, shared mailbox access issues post migration, Autodiscover issues , Email tracking, Meeting errors, Schedule delay delivery, Email restoration, online-archive, Repairing outlook with SCAN PST etc…
- Should able to handle MS teams issues - Queries on Sites/Channels, Apps integration, Site restorations, Teams/Channel permissions, Teams calendar issues etc…
- OneDrive Sync Troubleshooting, Understand of O365 permission model in OneDrive
- Should have knowledge on Email gateways like Proofpoint, Axway, Barracuda etc
- Good to have knowledge on SharePoint Migration from on-Prem to SharePoint online, Like What tools being used for migration, complexity scenarios of migrations etc…
- Able to analyze and provide fixes for SharePoint migrated sites in SharePoint Online.
- Working on SP migration issues like –setting up work flow’s, correcting the web links, fixing the 404 errors, OneNote issues, Data sync issues, Access related issues etc
