Current Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist license in good standing to practice in the state(s) of service.
Must be certified in ICD-9 coding and OASIS, or willing to obtain both certifications in first two years of employment.
Must obtain and maintain Current CPR or BLS Certification.
Minimum of three years management experience required.
Minimum of two years clinical home care clinical experience required.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of regulatory home care requirements required.
Excellent organizational, time management and administrative skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands effectively, use good judgment, as well as work independently and interdependently to achieve positive and timely results.
