Description We are seeking a highly skilled individual for a Customer Service Representative role based in Louisville, Kentucky. This role will entail maintaining key operational workflows related to internal teams and vendors, performing routine risk management activities, and completing underwriting for new clients. You'll also be responsible for gathering documents for underwriting, guiding our detail oriented Services team, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new and existing customers.Responsibilities: Contribute to the maintenance of key operational workflows related to internal teams and vendors Perform routine risk management activities and underwrite new clients Gather all necessary documents to submit to underwriting for new customers Serve as a guide for our detail oriented Services team on best practices for efficient onboarding Act as the focal point for critical merchant information, ensuring a smooth and pleasant onboarding experience for new and existing customers Build and maintain relationships with key points of contact with various processors and vendors Stay updated on payment facilitator merchant underwriting and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) principles Support implementation calls with detail oriented Services team members to guide new clients through the merchant onboarding process Address any escalations needed during boarding, delays in account approvals, and the status of assigned work Complete all testing and troubleshooting on merchant connections prior to new client go-lives Assign all merchant accounts to appropriate software environments in preparation for go-lives Create payment facilitator merchant risk profiles Develop knowledge articles/content and troubleshooting guides for internal teams for new operational workflows and train teams on appropriate escalation paths Document and prioritize product requests from internal teams regarding partner operations Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in handling department mail and email correspondence. Proven experience in document management. Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting. Experience with Microsoft Outlook for managing detail oriented communications and scheduling. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize according to business needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain detail oriented relationships. Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly. Experience in a customer service role is desirable but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent. Higher education or certification in a related field is a plus.
