job detailsDo you have Call Center experience within Healthcare Industry? Do you enjoy helping customers? We have a great Customer Service opportunity for you with a leading company in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 7 month possible Temp to Hire opportunity. Initial training 100% onsite with opportunity to WFH once training is fully mastered. Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm Job Requirements/Previous Experience:
Pharmacy Board Technician registration required within the first 30 days of employment.
Previous call center experience preferred.
Previous healthcare experience desired
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
salary: $16 - $17 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
Provide accurate information to the caller.
Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
Resolve the callers' needs.
Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
