By participating in recruitment plans and developing continuing education programs, you will drive our staff's professional growth to new heights.As a Clinical Educator, you will be the mentor and guide for our clinical staff, developing, training, and overseeing peer mentors, preceptors, and work coaches. Your nurturing approach will provide support and additional assistance to our dedicated team, empowering them to become the leaders of tomorrow.You will play a vital role in the development and training of our clinical programs, including Avoiding Rehospitalization through Care at Home (ARCH), CareLink disease management programs, Telehealth, Remote Patient Monitoring, Medication Management, Population Health Specialist, New RN Graduate Preceptor Program, and more.
