Contract finish carpenter wanted for work in high end residential and commercial job locations generally known as historically significant sites. Must be highly organized, independent business person (with General Liability Ins), and proficient in some repairs to wooden window trim elements. We provide restoration quality epoxies, and replacement window elements in suitable exterior species (when required). Work typically involves repairs to exterior sills, sub-sills, brick molding, re-stringing sash and retrofit of hardware. Must have ladders, truck, and tools.
