Must know how to use a metal break and put up metal exterior trim.
Looking for 1 good man that's looking for 3- or 4-months could be a lot longer if you like my work and are good at what you're doing.
I have farm workers that will help in anyway hold anything get tools and help keep jobsite clean and organized. Just needing a lead man with his own tools.

This is $25 per hr. and steady work every day, day and after day.
Everything you would be working on is owned by one man. You don't have to deal with different people's projects/personality's job to job.
Have most of your own tools.
This work is for someone with good experience in a little bit of everything with construction and remodeling.
This is a good fit for someone that does not want to work for a company, someone that's likes to work alone or with one helper and be left alone and not stood over.
I myself roam around gathering up materials. You don't have to do any running around or buying materials to be reimbursed on. I keep you moving on along stress free.
Looking for good productivity. Need someone that keeps up a good steady pace, I do understand somethings is time consuming.
If you want to take 3 or 4 days off, you can do that I don't care.
Must not be scared to get on a roof or go in a crawlspace or break a sweat in general.
No drugs, Alcohol or high on the job, No stealing, Must be Safe and Rational.
Work is located in Bradfordville that is a small town in Marion County, Kentucky about a 1 hr. Southwest of Lexington and 45 mins west of Danville. 10 miles from Lebanon Ky.
