Most of it is my rental houses. doing bathroom remodel's, Siding, Flooring, Deck repairs, Roof repairs, barns, buildings & a little brick work. I have all the ladders someone would ever need.
Must know how to use a metal break and put up metal exterior trim.
I'm just looking for one good person that's looking for 3- or 4-months' worth of work tell spring and could be a lot longer if your good and what you're doing.
I have a helper that lives on my place that can help you hold stuff and fetch tools etc.
Not looking for someone that wants to price out jobs. Do not contact me about pricing out work.

This is $20 per hr. and steady work every day, day and after day.
Everything you would be working on is owned by one man. You don't have to deal with different people's projects/personality's job to job.
Have most of your own tools.
This work is for someone with good experience in a little bit of everything with construction and remodeling.
This is a good fit for someone that does not want to work for a company, someone that's likes to work alone or with one helper and be left alone and not stood over.
I myself roam around gathering up materials. You don't have to do any running around or buying materials to be reimbursed on. I keep you moving on along stress free.
Looking for good productivity. Need someone that keeps up a good steady pace, I do understand somethings is time consuming. I've done walked that road.
If you want to take 3 or 4 days off, you can do that I don't care.
Must not be scared to get on a roof or go in a crawlspace or break a sweat in general.
I do have a 50-amp camper hook up if you live in a fifth wheel etc. Thats if you really like my work and atmosphere.
No drugs, Alcohol or high on the job, No stealing, Must be Safe and Rational.
