Lease 7 Enterprises is actively searching for skilled, passionate, and motivated individuals with carpentry skills. We service the Georgetown, KY area to Williamsburg, KY area; which includes either side of I-75 corridor based off of project destination.
What you can expect:
Daily work
Bi-weekly pay
Direct deposit
All materials for installations will be supplied.
Mileage Pay will be earned from legal residence to job site, which includes return trip home, based off of exact GPS miles.
Job Responsibilities:
BEING ABLE TO PROBLEM SOLVE & THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX TO SOLVE A PROBLEM.
Measure, cut, and install glass for windows, doors, and other structures. Repair or replace broken or damaged glass.
Know how to correctly score glass.
Removing old windows and doors using hand and power tools.
Comfortable with doing touchup painting as needed.
Install Windows and Doors per code and manufacture specs.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL REQUIRED AND EXPECTED.
Physically, able to lift and load materials into a truck or trailer that is 50 lbs. or more.
No problems safely climbing ladders that reach over two stories high.
No problems safely climbing ladders with material in hand.
No problems safely assembling scaffolds that reach over two stories high.
Contribute to a positive and fair team environment.
Safety conscience.
Job Requirements:
2-year minimum experience installing window frames, window sashes, glass installation, and replacement windows and doors.
Have all of your own tools to complete any job.
Ability to communicate effectively & professionally with employer and customers.
Basic arithmetic abilities including using a tape measure and speed square.
Detail oriented.
Own your own vehicle and have the understanding that you'll travel to all job sites in your vehicle.
BACKGROUND CHECKS WILL BE CONDUCTED.
URINALYSIS WILL BE CONDUCTED.
