I am an Independent Insurance Broker seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time administrative assistant to help with backend tasks and communicating with clients. This is a remote position with flexible hours, perfect for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and looking for supplemental income. I would like you to be located in Lexington, KY area so that we can meet up once or twice a week for document hand-offs.
Tasks Include:
- Scanning and uploading documents
- Basic CRM data entry
- Organizing files and lead lists
- Light calendar and task management
- Taking follow-up calls to clients
- Writing thank-you cards
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Phone etiquette
- Nice handwriting
- Reliable internet and access to a computer
- Comfortable with Email/Google Calendar, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Dropbox
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Hours & Pay:
- 5-10 hours/week to start
- Flexible work schedule (1-2 hours/day, Mon-Fri)
- $15–$20/hr depending on experience
