Position: Radon Mitigation Helper (1099 Independent Contractor)

Type: Contract, Part-Time (Flexible Schedule)

Responsibilities:
Assist the lead technician in installing radon mitigation systems in residential properties
Carry and handle tools and equipment needed for installations
Help with pipe assembly, drilling, sealing, and other tasks as required
Ensure job site cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
Provide general support to the team for efficient and timely job completion
Requirements:
Experience: Construction, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field is preferred but not required
Skills: Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safe working practices
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods
Reliability: Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a professional attitude
Other: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
