Lane’s End is hiring an experienced night watch.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to checking the stalls, fields, and paddocks, ensuring horses have ample hay and water through the night, monitoring all horses for health concerns. notifying the person on call should any issues arise, and closely monitoring the mares during foaling season to notify the on-call person immediately once the mare appears to be in labor.
This position's schedule will rotate with a 4-day work week followed by a 3-day work week.
All applicants should be self-motivated with the ability to work well as part of a team. Responsibilities will require candidates to be able to lift, push, pull, or carry 50lbs.
