Basic facility maintenance at Somerset Self Storage
Perform security checks/walk-throughs 2-3 times per week per facility
Clean vacant units
Prepare Thank You Bags with New Lock
Minor Repairs
Minor landscaping
Auction Preparation
Apply overlocks once per month
Cut locks as needed
Send weekly report to management
Maintain constant and clear communication with management
Available to be on call to assist in emergencies
Must be reliable and easy to communicate with
MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND
TRUCK PREFERRED
Must have a mobile phone
Must be proficient with texting
Great job for retiree and/or veteran
