We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Cleaning Member. As a Cleaning Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness of homes that have been recently moved-out of or homes/buildings that have went through construction/remolding. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
-Must possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
-Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
-Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and maintaining high standards.
-Physical ability to carry out manual tasks, including lifting and bending, up to 50 pounds.
-Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
Additional Information:
We provide move-out/move-in and post-construction cleaning services, as well as some janitorial cleaning.
