(40 hours/week).Job SummarySkilled professional needed to join the University of Kentucky (UK) Targeted Assessment Program (TAP). We are looking for a team member with strong clinical and case management skills. Candidates should be passionate about helping others and advocating for those in need. The TAP Specialist will be a UK employee co-housed at the Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) office in Hazard, KY.Duties include: conducting participant assessments in the areas of substance use, mental health, intimate partner violence victimization, learning problems, and basic needs; connecting program participants with services and resources; providing follow-up to support improved outcomes; and collaborating with community partners.UK offers an excellent benefits package which consists of ample holiday/vacation and sick leave, health insurance, retirement plans with a generous 200% employer match, and tuition assistance for eligible employees and their family members.
