Senior Mining Engineer/Program Manager - Aggregates

The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for all aspects of improving mine operations, from exploration and mine planning to production. This position will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary professionals to manage engineering projects. The PM will also play a pivotal role in mentoring other engineers, managing projects, and conducting business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and contributing to the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization.The ideal candidate will lead both surface and underground projects for mining companies and help manage a team of engineers and geologists, manage multiple projects and business development initiatives concurrently.
