Job Title: Piping DesignerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Piping Designer to support project managers with pipeline design and construction projects. This role is focused on preparing all necessary design drawings for mechanical piping to ensure successful project delivery in the midstream natural gas industry.Responsibilities
Prepare design drawings to support client projects related to mechanical piping.
Collaborate closely with Lead Designers, Project Managers, and other team members.
Contribute as part of the design team to ensure efficient use of AutoCAD in preparing facility design packages for natural gas, natural gas liquids, oil, CO2, and other related products.
Essential Skills
Experience in piping design
Proficiency in 3D design
Mechanical CAD experience
Knowledge of fitting design, P&ID, CADWorx, and Civil 3D
Familiarity with consulting environments
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 1 year of piping design experience
Experience in utility, plant, and industrial projects
Work EnvironmentYou will work in a medium-sized engineering office with 35-50 people, including field engineers and project managers, located in Kentucky. The role involves a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
