Description We are in search of a Part-time HR Generalist to join our team in Lexington, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will play a significant role in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, staying current on HR trends and developing solutions using best practices in the field. This role will also involve serving as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, conducting HR investigations, and coordinating compliance efforts.Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations Stay up-to-date with HR trends to develop solutions using current best practices in the field Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee concerns, questions, or inquiries Assist supervisors in implementing performance improvement plans for underperforming employees Conduct HR investigations to support employee relations in partnership with senior management Coordinate federal, state, and city labor law posters to ensure compliance Assist in the creation of training and curriculum that support HR initiatives Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Take on special projects and other related duties as neededSkills: Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian Familiarity with HRMS and About Time Knowledge of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration Understanding of Compliance and Employee RelationsRequirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Experience with ADP Workforce Now Understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Familiarity with Ceridian and HRMS software Ability to use About Time software effectively Experience with Benefit Functions Expertise in Compensation Administration Knowledge of Compliance within HR Strong skills in Employee Relations Ability to execute HR Generalist duties effectively Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
