Job Title: Mechanical EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and calculating data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application. You will also prepare design criteria and bid packages for pricing by subcontractors, participate in estimating processes for building systems, and analyze subcontractor proposals to confirm criteria is being satisfied. Additionally, you will review construction documents and construction installed from subcontractors to confirm compliance with scope and contract documents, and review and update engineering design standards.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a permanent position.Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Lexington, Kentucky and some days remote.Work EnvironmentThe successful candidate can be based in Louisville, Lexington, Atlanta, or a surrounding city, but will need to have a home office setup. In-office days will be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with remote work on Wednesday and Friday. Travel for snr. level candidates will be monthly, while junior level candidates will travel 5-6 times a year.
