The Manager of Strategic Accounts is responsible for leading and growing relationships with a key distributor partner across the commercial channel. This role will drive strategic alignment, revenue growth, and operational excellence by developing and executing account-specific strategies that support both customer and company objectives. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, strategic thinker, and results-driven leader with a deep understanding of the distribution landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-year strategic plans for assigned distributor accounts, aligning with broader commercial goals and market dynamics.Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic distributor. Build and maintain senior-level relationships to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term growth.Drive achievement of sales targets and margin goals through effective planning, forecasting, and execution. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts.Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, and Finance to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives.Monitor account performance using KPIs and dashboards. Provide regular updates to leadership and adjust strategies as needed to meet evolving business needs.Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to proactively shape account strategies and mitigate risks.
