Description We are on the lookout for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. This role involves managing help desk requests, maintaining local systems, and participating in assigned projects. You will also be involved in onboarding and offboarding activities related to IT account setup, asset management of IT equipment, and ensuring system/network security. This role is a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities include: Managing help desk requests in line with KPI requirements Operating and maintaining local systems and services to ensure availability Participating actively in assigned projects Onboarding and offboarding colleagues with respect to IT account setup and decommission Managing IT equipment assets within the current IT Service Desk/Asset Management solution Managing regional distribution lists Ensuring the system/network is secure from unauthorized access Supporting IT Help Desk through service delivery activities, reviewing open trouble tickets, gathering additional information, updating users on status, and driving the resolution process Coordinating regional IT security footprint, including participation in security management, audits, and overall cyber security management Traveling to corporate headquarters or other sites as needed Utilizing AD Axure, Helpline Ticketing System, Active Directory, and Microsoft Products for various tasks and processes.Skills Required: Proficiency in Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory Familiarity with Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware Requirements Proficiency in Citrix Technologies Experience or knowledge in Database management Familiarity with EO/IR systems Proficient in Lotus Notes Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Active Directory Ability to troubleshoot and repair Computer Hardware Experience in Configuration Management Proven ability to provide Deskside Support Knowledge of Desktop Hardware components Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
