Description Robert Half Lexington is offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator in Lexington, Kentucky. As part of this clients' team, your role will involve providing essential administrative support within the Human Resources department and acting as a first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for handling front desk duties, assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing support for various HR functions. Apply today to be considered!Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional demeanor. Answer and route incoming calls, provide information or assistance as needed. Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail as required. Assist in posting jobs on job boards and company websites. Screen resumes and applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate interview logistics. Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork and ensure completion. Assist with new employee orientation and training programs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital. Assist employees with benefit enrollment and changes, and act as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries. Support the annual benefits open enrollment process. Assist with payroll processing, including data entry and timekeeping. Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics. Use skills such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, and Compliance to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.Requirements Experience with ADP - Financial Services Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Familiarity with Ceridian Proficiency in HRMS Experience with About Time software Ability to conduct Background Checks Understanding of Benefit Functions Experience in Compensation Administration Knowledge of Compliance within the HR field Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
