Temporary, Full-Time Positions from 4/1/2025 to 12/31/2025.Job Description:
Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers.Work to be performed for Distinct Contracting LLC.
For work to be performed in various cities and towns in Henderson and Carroll Counties, Tennessee.
Experience: None required.
Education: None required.
Minimal onsite training provided.
Special Requirements:
ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 80 POUNDS. SOME OT AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED.
Shift: 8-hour workday, 40 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some overtime and weekends required.
Tools and Equipment: Provided at no cost to workers.
Compensation:
Wage: $18.83/hour
Overtime Wage: $28.25/hour (1.5 times the regular rate)
Frequency of Pay: Biweekly
Pay Computation: Single workweek used for wage computation.
Pay Deductions:
All deductions taken as required by law.
EMPLOYER-OWNED HOUSING AVAILABLE $100 PER WEEK/$200.00 PER PAY PERIOD. OPTIONAL ADVANCE UP TO $200.00 TO PURCHASE CLOTHING FOR CLIMATE AND FOOD; REPAYMENT FOR ADVANCE DEDUCTED FROM PAYCHECK(S).
Merit-Based Raises: Available at employer's discretion.Housing and Transportation:
Housing: Employer-owned housing available at $100 per week/$200 per pay period.
Daily Transportation:
Workers are responsible for transportation to the designated pick-up location in Lexington, Tennessee. Transportation to and from worksites will be provided from Lexington, Tennessee.

Travel and Legal Provisions:This job order is being placed in connection with a future filing for H-2B labor certification.
Transportation and Subsistence:
If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for reasonable transportation and subsistence costs (including meals and, if necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completing the contract or if dismissed early, the employer will pay for return transportation and subsistence to the workers home or the place the worker originally departed to work, unless the worker voluntarily abandons employment or obtains subsequent employment with another employer. Reimbursement will be equivalent to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
Meals During Travel:
Work rs will be reimbursed for meals at a minimum rate of $15.88/day, up to $59.00/day with receipts.
Visa and Related Fees:
The employer will reimburse the worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees incurred by the worker, as mandated by the government. Passport fees are excluded.
Three-Fourths Guarantee:
The employer guarantees to offer work for at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment contract.

Workers must be eligible to work in the United States and available for the entire employment period.
