They will analyze various supply chain metrics such as forecast accuracy, line-item fill rate, in stock, on time, in full and others as necessary to make recommendations on supply chain operations as well as sales and financial reporting. The Demand Planner will also be responsible for the presentation, communication, and execution of all items demand and supply chain related for their key accounts – across function internally and externally.How You’ll Make an ImpactWe need a quick learner who can become a subject matter expert in our retail environment. In the role, you would be responsible for:
Maintaining forecast accuracy and critical data in OMP to support production activities and demand outcomes.
Serving as the supply chain primary point of contact for Marketing, Finance, Sales and Category Management.
Leading/participating on cross functional teams to advance business outcomes.
Leading weekly CPFR’s with external supply chain leadership to build relationships and create opportunities.
Creating demand forecasts that go beyond a tactical period to advise leadership/finance on expected business outcomes.
Perform ad hoc analysis in support of the business.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – Supply chain, business, statistics or related field (required)MBA/MSSCM preferred
Minimum 3 years in inventory management / business analysis
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
Institute of Business Forecasting (IBF) certification
