In this role, you will manage the accounting process, produce consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP, and provide valuable accounting expertise. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial performance variances, developing budgets, and updating cash forecasts.Responsibilities Oversee the management of all accounting operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition Conduct the monthly closing process for multiple business entities in line with GAAP regulations Prepare, monitor, and adjust budgets, investigating any discrepancies Consistently update cash forecasts Provide a clear status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data Establish, monitor, and enforce internal controls to protect financial information and plans Manage the creation of new entities and necessary tax accounts Ensure efficient management of working capital and cash flow Understand and cater to the needs of key stakeholders, such as banks and owners.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP) Skilled in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Familiarity with Auditing procedures and practices Understanding of Budget Processes Proficiency in using Great Plains (GPAC) Experience with Great Plains Dynamics Knowledge of Great Plains Accounting Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
