In this role, this senior leader will lead the enterprise through the transformation program, sets the tone by role modeling progress, ensures accountability across stakeholders, and manages both internal and external communications and updates.How You’ll Make an ImpactWe need a quick learner who can become a subject matter expert in our environment. In the role, you would be responsible for:

Leads a cross-functional, cross-regional team to ideate, develop and execute a transformation program to unlock value, drive top and bottom-line growth, and amplify existing transformation and growth efforts helping Valvoline Global Operations reach and exceed our long-term goals.

Helps to oversee processes regarding reporting and execution of the transformation efforts for Valvoline Global Operations into Aramco’s portfolio. Leads the reporting to corporate executives on a regular rhythm of progress and seeks support for resource investments.

Serve as a key leader in connecting across the Aramco family of companies to learn best practices, drive synergies, and enable the transformation program’s success.

Develops a process and effectively evaluates the financial performance of organization with regard to transformation program with a focus on managing investments and return vs. expectations.

Build and direct a world-class transformation team utilizing the requisite systems and processes to support both corporate and business unit activities while partnering across the enterprise.

Leads the initiative roadmap and aligns resources effectively with EMPO to ensure sufficient resource investment as part of the total enterprise.

What You’ll Need

An undergraduate degree, in business, marketing, finance or operations is required. An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is also highly desirable.

Tenure as a senior leader with broad end to end business operations, marketing and financial knowledge, preferably from a related industry (Consumer Products, Automotive, or Lubricants being targets). Someone from a diversified consumer facing business would be a strong plus.

To be able to travel 50% of the time.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

A person with the cross-cultural sensitivity and experience who can earn the respect of a rapidly growing and diverse workforce.

An ability to naturally influence operating executives and to function as a true partner. A “business-minded” senior leader who has the capability to go beyond the numbers in dissecting/analyzing business matters.

Experience in an environment recognized for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This person must have outstanding analytic skills, a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and the ability to engage with other senior leaders in addressing complex business issues.

An energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong bias for action, someone who commits himself/herself fully to stretch goals and who is dedicated to developing and delivering outstanding results.

An effective communicator at all levels, both internally and externally, with strong oral and written skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively and appropriately share information.

A good listener with outstanding interpersonal qualities and a natural, effective consultative style. Someone who is sought out for their opinions and counsel and who can forge and maintain close relationships, both internally and externally.

A combination of analytic rigor, conceptual ability, creativity, mental flexibility, and judgment. Someone who deals effectively with strategic issues, as well as the detailed tactical activity involved in driving high performance.

An individual with strong servant leader traits who works well with all levels in the organization, as well as key external stake holders.
