$500 Sign-On Bonus (after 90-days)Seeking self-motivated professional to perform administrative and technical duties for the Technical Services Management Team. Job duties will include but are not limited to: updating operational reports; coordinating scheduling of project meetings; assisting with departmental paperwork audits; and providing administrative support as assigned.The successful candidate will also provide clerical support for the Technical Services QA/QC Coordinator which will include, but are not limited to: performing tasks to assist in the training function; assist with auditing; filing; and coordinating off-site storage of records.Full-time position. Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college or administrative training preferred.
Two years administrative/clerical experience in office environment or customer service environment with clerical responsibilities.
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe proficiency with data entry skills and the ability to navigate web applications and custom systems.
General office/clerical skills, such as phones, copier/scanner, filing etc.
Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills.
Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
