Accounting Clerk

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the service industry based in Lexington-fayette, Kentucky, 40507-1716, United States. We are in need of a dedicated Accounting Clerk who will primarily handle a variety of data-related tasks. This role involves a significant amount of data management, including the import and export of data from multiple systems, and the use of Excel for data manipulation. Responsibilities: Accurately managing and manipulating data related to payroll, loans, and 401K distributions Importing and exporting data from various systems into Excel, utilizing Excel formulas for data manipulation Assisting Retirement Plan Coordinators at Benefits Administrators with client data requirements Logging communication data and importing it into the system Scrubbing data using Excel, including the use of existing formulas and spreadsheets Processing data from courts, such as withholdings for support Collaborating with third-party vendors to acquire necessary data Utilizing Microsoft Excel extensively for a variety of data-related tasks.
