Description Our client is a dynamic healthcare organization collaborating with Robert Half to identify a talented Part-Time Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our effort to localize and replicate a European-produced healthcare product for our clients. This role is on-site, in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, 10-15 hours per week, and is an ongoing contract.Responsibilities:Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Design, and Production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Foster effective communication and synergy among team members.
Stakeholder Interaction:
Engage with stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and address any concerns.
Market and Customer Interaction:
Interact with the market to understand local needs and trends.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into the project.
Requirements Gathering:
Lead the process of gathering and documenting project requirements.
Ensure that project objectives align with the needs of the local market and customers.
Project Management:
Employ industry best practices to manage and coordinate project activities.
Oversee timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure project success.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Proven track record of successful project management in healthcare or related industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Experience in product localization and replication is a plus.
Familiarity with European production processes is advantageous.
