Summary:The Logistics Analyst IV, Medical Liaison will provide comprehensive medical logistics support to various Army units. This role involves coordinating medical sustainment operations, managing medical materiel, and ensuring optimal healthcare readiness. The LNO will work closely with the Program Executive Office Soldier, Project Manager Soldier Medical Devices, and other key stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of medical sustainment technical guidance and support. This position will necessitate extensive travel both domestically within the United States and internationally. Position's locations of assignment are the following: Ft. Bragg, Ft. Campbell, Ft. Cavazos, Ft. Carson, Joint-Base Lewis-McCord, Ft. Detrick, Joint-Base Elmendorf-Richardson (Alaska), Daenner Kaserne (Germany) Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid.ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Provide medical logistics assistance support to units, ensuring the delivery of medical sustainment technical guidanceMaintain close coordination with PEOS, PM SMD, other Medical Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) liaisons, local stakeholders, and support agenciesCoordinate maintenance requirements with supported units and local support agencies, including local Medical Treatment Facilities and Medical Logistics unitsManage Class VIII re-supply requirements and assist in developing requirement estimates and resource recommendations for supported unitsAssist PEOS, PM SMD Regional Managers with coordinating on-site infrastructure, materiel handling support, and unit synchronization for fielding missionsProvide analysis and recommendations on courses of action for medical material and equipment procurement strategiesExecute handoff of medical equipment to gaining units and provide all relevant completed and signed documents to respective Regional ManagersConduct fault systems analysis for identified medical materiel support issues and provide problem statements with supported research and recommendationsProvide liaison support services between PEOS, PM SMD FID and Army Medical Materiel Centers, globally located medical contingency support activities, and exercisesAssist in the development, publication, distribution, and archive management of Mission Support Plan agreements and supported documentationProvide subject matter expertise on current medical regulations, emerging medical initiatives, and materiel updatesTrain supported units on web-based medical materiel readiness and sustainment tools, medical set sustainment, and materiel inventory Assist supported units in resolving material issues and conducting after-action reviews (AARs). Prepare and submit accurate monthly reports detailing activities, progress, and logistics support in accordance with contract requirementsQualificationsNecessary Skills and Knowledge:Possess comprehensive knowledge of Army regulations, policies, and procedures, including Army Regulation 25-50, to ensure all correspondence, reports, and documentation meet established standards for accuracy, format, and complianceProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Project, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio) with skills in customizing toolbars, embedding data, and creating interactive presentations; experienced in using Army Automation Systems such as TEWLS, LOGICOL, AESIP, GCSS-A, LMI-DST, and M3PTExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with personnel at various echelonsProven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize requirements effectivelyExperience in coordinating and managing medical materiel fielding missionsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesMust possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and shall obtain and use appropriate personal protective equipment as required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in medical logistics or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Army automated logistics systems such as TEWLS, LOGICOL System, AESIP, GCSS-A, LMI-DST, and M3PTSecret Clearance requiredU.S. Citizenship is requiredAbility to travel both domestically within the United States and internationallyMust possess an unexpired US Passport Preferred Qualifications:Master's degreePrior military experience as a medical logistician#CJ Pay and BenefitsAt Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
