DescriptionRole Requirements: All applicants must possess at least 1 or more required functions and one or more essential functions. Selected candidates must be able to perform essential functions in 60 days.Required Functions:Press Brake Operator with setup capabilityCertified Aerospace WelderSpot WeldingEssential Functions:Stamping Press OperationFinishing and AssemblyAdditional Requirements:Attendance: Due to the low number of team members in this role, typically two to three, it is critical that team members have a history of excellent attendance.Teamwork: For the cell to be effective all members of the cell will work as a team to any functions. This could include grinding deburring, benching, assembly, pack and prep for shipment and other plant operations.Quality: Operators must have excellent quality standards. They will be required to demonstrate excellent blueprint reading skills.
