As a Recruiter, you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume light industrial positions for SIMOS. This position will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by our clients. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. This role will not only manage the inside processes of candidate applications. You will also be responsible for working within the community and with tools provided to attract and gain candidates needed to supply our customer needs through grassroots initiatives, networking, and fieldwork.Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $20.00-$24.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements

Develop and execute a recruiting plan and deliver effective orientations

Source and screen resume to identify qualified candidates

Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications

Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding

Create an ongoing candidate pipeline

Manage paperless recruiting operations

Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaigns

Participate in job fairs and community events

Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure our internal systems are updated and compliance is met

Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates (Building networks within the community)

Manage daily information/candidate data tracking, identify potential areas of improvement, provide information to the SIMOS Operations team, resolve problems, participate in meetings, and maintain a high level of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.

Relationship management includes handling escalations, communicating recruitment progress, and managing expectations.

Experience

2+ years of experience in high volume, fast-paced recruiting process, along with ATS and systems knowledge

Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives/deadlines.

Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices

Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

Strong communications skills, both oral and written

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with others, be a team player, and work independently

Ability to manage a large workload promptly
