This Customer Service Representative job is long-term contract / temporary to hire, and located in Hebron, Kentucky. The hours for this position are on Saturday from 8am-4pm, Sunday from 12pm-8pm, Monday & Tuesday from 4pm-midnight.Major responsibilities
Organize and route incoming telephone calls
Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Requirements - Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Excellent computer skills
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
Solid understanding of customer service
Basic Computer Skills experience
