- Bachelor's degree and/or three to five years of experience in Engineering.
- Basic Project Management skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Functional understanding of process control systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective presentation skills.
- Ability to apply business and management expertise to achieve financial and operational objectives within or across areas or departments. Manage resources to ensure financial and operational objectives are met.
- Mobility in plant.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
- The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
- Visual ability with or without correction.
- Communication abilities.
- Develops and constructs of data infrastructure and systems implementation, testing and support, related to the Manufacturing Systems.
- Provide leadership for development of standards, guidelines, processes, and procedures related to manufacturing systems.
- Develop departmental plans in the areas of business, production and/or organizational priorities.
- Project Management - Develops project plans; coordinates projects; communicates changes and progress; completes projects on time and budget; manages project team activities.
- Quality Management Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
- Planning/Organizing Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources.

- Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations.
- Follow Company safety rules.
- Report the absence of or defect in any protective equipment or clothing to the Supervisor or Manager immediately.
- Use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that is required to be used or worn: Safety shoes, Safety glasses, Hearing protection, Hard Hat.
- Report to the Safety Coordinator, Group Lead or Supervisor any contravention of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations or Company policy.
- Must follow all Lock out Tag out (LOTO) guidelines for designated machines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Clean, well ventilated and safe work areas.
