If so, this Material Control Supervisor is the right job for you! This position is responsible for working with internal members and outside facilities to maintain material data integrity, resolve problems, and coordinate inventories and audits. This position is first shift but will manage 2 direct reports on first shift and 2 direct reports on second shift. It is important that this individual is available during second shift hours/weekends to fill in when necessary. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.salary: $54,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities
Assist in employee relations and training.
Correspond with outside facilities to resolve problems, etc.
Coordinate and assist in physical inventory audits.
Assist with month end reconciliations.
Assist with any data entry (receiving, processing, shipping, etc) as needed.
Assist with maintaining quality documents (work instructions, job flows, etc) for internal and external audits.
Fill in 1st and or 2nd shifts when employees are absent.
Back out work orders and or correct data entry errors.
Assist with correcting and monitoring accounts.
